Frequently Asked Questions
Open the app, navigate to the Subscription screen (accessible from the Odyssey button on the home screen), and tap "Restore Purchases." Your premium status will be restored as long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.
Game progress and stardust are currently stored locally on your device. If the app was uninstalled or device data was wiped, that data cannot be recovered remotely. We're working on cloud save for a future update. If you believe a bug caused the loss, please email us and include your device type and app version.
Go to your iPhone's Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find Gravity of Destiny and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
First, try fully closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of the app from the App Store. If the problem continues, email us at Support@GravityofDestiny.com with a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred, your device model, and iOS version.
You earn 5 stardust for every ship you successfully guide to the target planet during gameplay. Stardust accumulates across all sessions and can be spent in the Ship Hangar to unlock new vessel skins. Watch out — ships lost do not award stardust.
The Prism class is an exclusive premium ship skin available only to Odyssey Mode subscribers. Once you subscribe, it automatically becomes available in the Ship Hangar at no additional stardust cost.
Currently, Gravity of Destiny is available exclusively on iOS via the App Store. Android support is on our roadmap. Sign up for updates by emailing Support@GravityofDestiny.com and we'll notify you when Android launches.
